Ojas Nature take great care in the manufacturing of our pickles (Mango Pickle,Amla pickle,Lemon Pickle), chutney, and vinegar (Sugar cane and Jamun vinegar). Our products are made using traditional recipes and methods, and we use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients available.
Our manufacturing process starts with sourcing the raw materials directly from farms. We ensure that the produce is fresh and of the best quality. Once the raw materials are collected, we clean and cut them into the desired sizes and shapes.
For our pickles, we use a mix of spices and oil, and the vegetables or fruits are marinated in this mixture for a specific time period. We then dry our pickles naturally in the sun, which allows them to absorb the spices and flavours properly. This process takes around 20 days to complete, and we ensure that the pickles are properly dried before they are packaged.
For our chutneys, we use a mix of herbs, spices, and vegetables, which are blended together to form a smooth paste. We ensure that the chutneys have the right consistency and flavour before they are packaged.
Our vinegars are made using natural ingredients, and we do not add any artificial preservatives or additives. We use a natural fermentation process to create our vinegar, which ensures that they are healthy and flavourful.
Once our products are prepared, they are carefully packaged in glass jars or bottles to maintain their freshness and quality. We also label our products with all the necessary information, such as ingredients, nutritional information, and expiry date.
